Buffalo New York is a wonderful place to call home. Living in the city there is a diverse selection of places to call home. There are some great single-family and multi-family homes in the city, but there are also a great collection of condos for those that do not want to have a yard to take care of.

Most exclusive luxury condos in Buffalo area
A new concept of luxury living in Buffalo NY is at hand and a select few in Buffalo will be able to call the Avant home. I had the opportunity to visit this most impressive luxury building today for the third time. Pricing range from $440,000 to $1,700,000 and all units have spectacular views of the City of Buffalo. This property is New York State Empire Zone with property tax savings. The first commercial space is leased and the occupants will be moving in at the end of May. The widely anticipated Embassy Suites hotel will open July 1 and the first residents of the condos will be moving in by early fall.

For those that are seeking the luxury downtown lifestyle, it appears that their options are expanding. The developers have created a niche market in the city of Buffalo.
