A new concept of luxury living in Buffalo NY is at hand and a select few in Buffalo will be able to
call the Avant home. I had the opportunity to visit this most impressive luxury building today. Pricing range from $440,000 to $1,700,000 and all units have spectacular views of the City of Buffalo.
The first commercial space is leased and the occupants will be moving in at the end of May. The widely anticipated Embassy Suites hotel will open July 1 and the first residents of the condos will be moving in by early fall.
